Located at 490 Arsenal Way, LINX is a 185,000 SF life science building in the East End of Watertown. The two-story building opened by Boylston Properties in 2018 was fully leased before being acquired by Clarion Partners later that year. LINX offered numerous amenities including an acre of outdoor green space, a dramatic 33-foot high lobby with a café, and bike storage for 78 bicycles.
