Alejandro Miranda has been with Boylston Properties for nearly 10 years and is instrumental in various aspects of Boylston Properties’ business including development, construction, asset management, and project management. With a focus and expertise on hospitality and life science development, Alejandro leads design, leasing, construction and operations of various assets under management as well as those currently under development, including life science properties, LINX, 200 Arsenal Yards Blvd., 100 Forge and 500 Forge, as well as Boylston Properties hotel assets, beginning with the Residence Inn Fenway, Residence Inn Watertown, the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Watertown, and the soon to be renovated Onyx Hotel downtown.

Prior to joining Boylston Properties in 2013, Alejandro worked as a Regional Project Accountant at Gilbane Building Company where he worked on over $400M in various public and private construction projects throughout New England, including responsibility for the roll-out of a new self-performing division of Gilbane, GO Services, focusing on general labor and carpentry services.

Alejandro has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008, is OSHA 30 certified, and is also a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent.

Alejandro received his undergraduate degree in political science from Middlebury College and his MBA from Babson College. He also has a certificate in construction management from Northeastern University. Alejandro has played an integral part of ACE Mentoring of Greater Boston since 2008 and now sits on the Board of Directors as well as co-chairs the annual ACE Greater Boston fundraiser.
