Edis Mujanovic oversees tenant coordination and construction management of Arsenal Yards retailers, as well as City Place in Boston. Edis also played a critical role on the life science tenant fit outs and base building coordination at 500 Forge. Since joining Boylston Properties in 2019, he has also supervised facilities, maintenance and construction management for Arsenal Yards retail assets, as well as Boylston Properties’ three properties in Needham, MA, and CityPlace.
Edis brings more than 10 years of experience in real estate maintenance engineering and supervision, with prior positions at W Hotel, Wilder and AvalonBay Communities, contributing to the opening of the 500 unit luxury apartment building Avalon North Station.
Edis received his undergraduate degree in business administration management from Boston University.
My family makes up most of my life. Most of my time is spent with my wife, Amira, sons, Ben and Zayn, and our dog, Medo the Pomeranian.
I am originally from Bosnia and have also lived in Germany for 5 years. I currently reside in the North Shore, where I’ve spent my last 25 years.
A charity I’m involved in is the United Nations Health Commissioner for Refugees.
The best spot I’ve visited would be the British Virgin Islands.
My favorite piece of architecture are the old castles we explored in Germany and Croatia; I have an appreciation for architecture with unique masonry.
