Jake Bronner is a property manager for Boylston Properties at the following properties: City Place in downtown Boston, 1450-1451 Highland Street in Needham, and 1000 Highland Street in Needham. Jake is responsible for tenant management and communication, annual budgeting, project renovation management, lease negotiations, and facilities and maintenance supervision at all properties.
Prior to Boylston Properties, Jake was a Property Assistant for Newmark Knight Frank where he managed accounts receivable and payable, prepared tenant statements, annual budgets, and ownership reports, assisted with leasing tours, and drove capital improvement projects, for more than 850,000 sq ft between two buildings, 10 St. James St. and 75 Arlington St. in Boston. Jake began as a Revenue Analyst at Newmark Knight Frank, where he analyzed and verified lease terms, worked with the research team to create comparable databases, and booked revenue and commission for capital markets, medical/academic, and debt transactions.
Jake is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and received his Bachelors in Entrepreneurship from Quinnipiac University’s School of Business.
