Project Manager — Development
Jeffrey Heidelberg joined Boylston Properties in 2013 as the Project Manager for The Arsenal Project and other development opportunities in Watertown, MA. He is a licensed Civil Engineer and LEED AP, who has successfully completed the planning, design, and regulatory permitting of over 3 million square feet of retail and commercial developments throughout Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Boylston Properties, Jeffrey was a founding principal of Eagle Rock Retail, a retail leasing and development company, where he served as VP of Development for 3 years. Prior to starting the company, he was a consulting Civil Engineer at ESS Group, Inc., and a Project Manager at W/S Development, responsible for the design and permitting of such projects as Wareham Crossing, Mansfield Crossing, and The Center at Lenox.
Though most of his experience is in retail and commercial projects, Jeffrey spent time in residential as a Project Manager at Toll Brothers, overseeing the permitting and construction of single family and multi-family projects in the metro-west area. He also served as the lead engineer and permitting specialist on several other major commercial developments for clients including: EMC Corporation, Cisco Systems, and Bentley College.
Jeffrey is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Environmental Science.
